Terms of Service
What you may do with this website's content, and the terms that go with it.
Last updated: TODO: date of last review
These terms cover this website. Using one of our products is governed by that product's own terms — for KinSentry, see the KinSentry terms.
Using this site
This site is provided for information about KCNEX Innovations and its products. You may read it, link to it, and quote reasonable portions of it with attribution.
Our content
The text, design, logos, and marks on this site belong to KCNEX Innovations unless stated otherwise. Please do not reproduce our branding in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with something we are not.
Accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate, and we would genuinely like to hear about it if something here is wrong. That said, we provide it "as is" — we do not warrant that every page is complete or current at every moment, and product capabilities change as we ship.
Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that destination and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, KCNEX Innovations is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the last revision, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
Governing law
To be confirmed. If you need this settled before dealing with us, write to us and we will tell you where we are incorporated and which law applies.
