Where the method comes from

Before KCNEX took on client work, we built our own product. It started with a specific incident: a founder watched a family member nearly lose everything to a tech-support scam. A fake pop-up, a phone number, and a request to install remote-access software. Every piece of technology needed to stop it already existed — it had simply never been assembled for the person actually at risk.

Building KinSentry to close that gap meant doing everything ourselves: the product, the infrastructure, the release pipeline, and the work of reaching the people who needed it. That end-to-end discipline is the method we now offer to clients.

What we do

Four service lines: software and app development, website and web app design and development, DevOps services, and digital marketing. Most engagements combine at least two — the product we build is usually the product we deploy, and often the product we help grow.

What we are, honestly

We are a small team, not an enterprise. We are built in India, and we serve clients and users in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada. We would rather tell you that plainly than dress it up — you can judge the work on what it does.

KCNEX is the company. KinSentry is our own shipped product. Client work and future products will each stand on their own, and each will be listed on this site.

How we think about trust

Clients hand us their codebases, their infrastructure, and sometimes their customers' data. We think that trust is earned by being boring and verifiable — saying what we will do, documenting what we touch, answering when something breaks, and never claiming more than we can demonstrate.
